Maxime COMMINGE

A graduate of the City Law School, University of London, Maxime is currently a Trainee Solicitor and collaborates with GHM AVOCATS from his London office.

By the end of January 2025, he will officially qualify as a Solicitor, further strengthening the firm’s Anglo-Saxon expertise.

Specializing in equity finance, corporate law, trusts, and mergers & acquisitions, Maxime works closely with Me GUATTERI, contributing significantly to the firm’s Business Department with a focus on its Anglo-Saxon practice.

His in-depth understanding of English legal procedures and processes allows him to seamlessly navigate complex cross-border matters, providing valuable insight to the firm and its clients.

Fluent in both English and French, Maxime bridges linguistic and legal systems with ease, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of cases.

Known for his reactivity and ability to perform under pressure, he combines excellent analytical skills with meticulous case management, honed through his rigorous academic training and practical experience.
